123 Meni is the official application of Telenor doo

Whether you are a prepaid or postpaid user, you now have a simple overview and the ability to activate add-ons and current campaigns that interest you at any time. In addition, there is all the information about the status of your account, i.e. the amount of credits and top-ups, as well as a graphic display of the remaining minutes, messages and megabytes.

If you use one of the new Play+ packages (on offer from June 30) 123 Meni contains functionality for managing digital services within your package.

You can use the application smoothly via Telenor's GPRS network and Wi-Fi connection. If the user is in the Telenor d.o.o. network, there will be no charge for internet traffic generated by using the application.

The data flow generated by using the application while roaming will be charged at the applicable roaming data rates.

Access to other pages accessed using the application, as well as the use of services from the application, will be charged at the prices defined for those services.

An explanation of the approvals the app requires:

• Your messages (read sms or mms) – necessary so that the widget can count received messages while roaming.

• Phone calls (intercept outhoing calls, read phone state and identity) - necessary so that the widget can measure the length of incoming and outgoing calls while roaming.

• Network communication (full internet access) - it is necessary so that the widget can count the used incoming and outgoing bytes, as well as for the communication of the application with the server.

• Your personal information (read contact data) – The application does not access any personal data, but this authorization serves only so that the widget can count sent messages while roaming.

The 123 Meni application contains a widget for a quick display of minutes, SMS and megabytes spent in national traffic or in roaming.

The application is informative and does not show the calculated roaming consumption, but its approximate value. Official pricing is based on data we receive from roaming partners and may differ from the displayed state. Partners provide information on actual consumption within a period of three days to over 30 days, when their calculation is made.

Does the 123 Meni Internet traffic?

The 123 Meni application widget works in offline mode, so that when monitoring your consumption, it does not create Internet traffic or costs on your phone bill.

In what ways does the application display roaming consumption?

The application displays the total consumption of roaming minutes, SMS messages and Internet, so that you can have an insight into the realized roaming traffic. By pressing the "Reset Counters" button, all counters will be reset to zero. This action cannot be undone.

Recommendation: Before each trip, check the status of used roaming minutes and, if necessary, restart the counter.
